Find 1C information without searching the entire database manually#
1C Integration helps answer business questions in chat: find an item, identify its warehouse and inspect available stock or movement data. It uses a configured compatible 1C HTTP service and is intended for reading data.
Useful tasks#
- Find items. Search by available fields and identify the intended record.
- Warehouses and stock. Read the information exposed by your service.
- Item movements. Request supported movement data for a specific question.
- Images and document text. Use supported photo and text operations when your service exposes them.
- Data structure. Inspect the available schema and work with actual configuration fields.
Example request#
“Find this item, show stock by warehouse and available movements for the selected period. Do not change data.”
With Files, results can be presented as a table and exported to a supported format for further analysis.
Required setup#
Prepare a reachable HTTP service, correct address, protected authentication and read access. Available information depends on your 1C configuration and published service. The module does not promise arbitrary document writes or accounting changes; the described operations are read-only.
