Open Dashboard to understand the current shape of your environment before starting work. The overview brings runtime counts and the loaded module list together, so you can see which integrations are present, their versions and their available capabilities. It is a useful first stop after installing a module or restarting Core: check the current state, then move directly into Modules or Chat.

Chat

Describe the result you need.

Ask in natural language instead of starting with a tool name. YAADMIN discovers tools from the currently available integrations and filters access through the user's permissions and license rights. Follow the response, inspect activity when you need the details, stop a request, and continue the conversation. Depending on the configured tools, results can include structured tables or downloadable files. Each operation still follows its own access and approval rules.

Modules

Connect only what your work needs.

Use Module Manager to browse integrations, search the catalog and manage installed modules. An integration remains an independent component with its own configuration, dependencies and declared tools. The Hub does not assume that every installation contains the same modules. Administrators can enable, disable or update available packages, while licensing, compatibility and installation checks determine which actions are offered. A visible module is not permission for every user to run its tools.

Users

Give each person their own workspace.

Users is the administration area for the people who use YAADMIN. Manage supported local accounts, assign roles and control whether an account is active. Where configured, Active Directory sign-in uses the application's authentication provider. Personal settings and conversations belong to the signed-in user; access to another person's tools is not inherited simply because they share the same Core installation. User-specific knowledge features can supply context without replacing security rules.

Roles and permissions

Decide who can do what.

Roles organize access around the responsibilities of your team. The permission catalog follows the active integrations rather than relying on a fixed list of module names. Review the available permission groups, assign explicit rules and require confirmation where policy calls for it. Disabling a module removes it from the active catalog without treating that change as permission to erase earlier assignments. A software purchase grants product rights; it does not automatically grant a user an administrative role.

Audit

Understand the work behind the answer.

Audit helps you investigate what happened after a request. Search the recorded events and open a row to inspect the available chain of request processing, tool activity and results. Where the provider reports usage, the interface shows token totals and related timing information. This makes it easier to distinguish an explanation from an executed tool and to investigate a failed or rejected operation. The information available depends on the event, provider and your access rights.

Settings

Keep configuration in one place.

The settings area separates personal choices from administrative configuration. Choose the interface language and an available AI mode: the administrator's system configuration, a personal API setup, or Codex when the integration and permissions allow it. Administrators can manage the Core and module settings exposed by their manifests. The update and license sections show the information needed to maintain the installation and inspect purchased rights or support dates without confusing support with a software subscription.

A practical starting point#

YAADMIN Free brings AI chat, configured administration tools and useful results into a local workspace. It suits an administrator evaluating the system, a small Windows environment, or a team testing one integration before wider adoption. The edition allows up to 15 connected YAADMIN Agents. Native integrations and MCP services have their own configuration and access requirements; connecting an integration is different from registering an Agent.

Start with a useful question#

With Action1 configured, ask: “List the endpoints in our selected organization and show their current status.” With Active Directory configured, ask: “Find this user and list their directory groups.” With supplied tabular data, ask for a summary and inspect the underlying rows. These examples depend on installed tools, provider access and your role; they are not operations performed by this website.

Start with reads. Check which organization, directory or file supplied the answer before requesting changes. A natural-language request does not bypass permissions or make an unavailable tool operational.

An upgrade path to Pro or Enterprise without reinstalling registered agents.

Paid modules and premium tools require their own rights where applicable. Technical support is not included. AI usage, Action1 access and other external services follow their providers’ terms. Agent source implementation has separate Windows and Vision acceptance limitations; the edition allowance is not a release-readiness guarantee.

Installation and first use#

Review the installation guide and obtain the release through the configured download channel when available.
Open your own installation and sign in with an authorized local or configured AD account.
Configure one integration, inspect its health and assign only the required permissions.
Follow Getting started to make a read-only request and inspect Live Activity.

Use Download Free above or the website’s Download button for the current published Windows x64 installer. Download only from YAADMIN’s official channel. Review the installation guide before setup.

Choosing your next edition#

Choose Pro when you need more than 15 connected agents and want to select paid capabilities separately. Compare Enterprise when its explicitly listed module rights and longer included support period match your needs. Neither edition automatically includes every future module or premium tool.

Free edition questions#

Can I evaluate an integration without an Agent?#

Native providers and external MCP servers connect through their own modules. Agent enrollment is a separate Windows connection path. Follow the documentation for the integration you want to evaluate.

Does Free mean unlimited AI usage?#

No. Your AI provider account, API usage and external services have separate terms and may incur charges.

Where do I learn how access is controlled?#

Read Users, Roles & Permissions and Approvals. A license and a user permission serve different purposes.

A few useful answers.

Is this a yearly software subscription?

Pro and Enterprise include perpetual use of covered versions and twelve months of updates. Optional update renewal gives access to newer versions; covered versions remain usable after coverage ends. Free has no edition fee. Technical support has its own period. There are no automatic recurring charges.

Does buying an edition unlock every integration?

Product rights follow the purchased package. Pro and Free can use separately licensed capabilities when the corresponding rights are present. The Enterprise detail page lists its included module licenses. An entitlement never replaces user permissions or a required approval.

Are the illustration and screenshots the same thing?

The hero is an illustrative workflow concept with example data and a proposed interface. The carousel contains actual installed YAADMIN screens. The chat example uses demo inventory supplied in the request. Neither is a guarantee that every pictured integration is included in your edition.

Is LLM usage included in the software price?

AI provider access, personal API usage, third-party subscriptions and external services follow their own terms. The application offers only AI modes configured and permitted for the user; no unlimited third-party usage is promised.

What happens when technical support ends?

A perpetual software edition does not expire when its separate support period ends. Renew support manually if you need another period of assistance. The included twelve-month update period is separate. When it ends, covered versions remain usable; renewed update coverage is needed for newer versions.

Can YAADMIN work without an internet connection?

Local configuration and installed components are kept on your machine. Online AI providers, external integrations, downloads, catalog refreshes and some licensing operations need a network connection. Offline capabilities depend on the installed tools and provider configuration.
