Pro removes the Free edition limit on connected agents. The license has no expiry date. Included technical support has its own period; support ending does not downgrade the edition. Paid modules and premium tools require separate rights unless explicitly included.

Use the chat to work with your configured integrations, discover available tools and review actions that need approval. Each user’s execution access follows their assigned permissions. Pro keeps the same modular architecture: add integrations when you need them, without rebuilding your environment.

What your purchase includes#

• More than 15 connected YAADMIN Agents, without the Free edition restriction.
• Three months of technical support.
• Activation in your existing installation, without reinstalling registered agents.

Pro is a good fit when your environment has outgrown Free and you want to choose paid integrations separately. Compare Enterprise if you need the module rights listed in that package and a longer included support period.

Purchase and activation#

Choose Buy Pro, use the email linked to YAADMIN and select a payment method. Once payment is confirmed, refresh the license in Settings → License. Your edition and support dates appear in the application. No automatic recurring payments.

New purchases include twelve months of updates for Pro. Updates for separately purchased paid modules follow their own twelve-month coverage dates. Technical support is assistance with YAADMIN; it does not include third-party subscriptions, LLM API usage or every future paid release.

Who Pro is for#

Choose Pro when the Free edition’s 15-agent allowance no longer fits your environment, but you want to acquire paid module or premium-tool rights individually. The edition removes that connection restriction; provider limits, operational bounds and the Agent’s development status still apply. It is not a capacity or throughput guarantee.

Practical administration#

An endpoint team can start with Action1 inventory and installed-software reads, identify an exact endpoint, and then consider a permitted library script or software deployment. A directory team can inspect users and groups with the read-only AD module. Files & Tables helps keep supplied data and generated reports with the conversation. These capabilities require their corresponding modules and configuration; buying Pro does not configure them.

For additional systems, use a compatible MCP server or a trusted custom module with actual implemented tools. Third-party access and provider charges are separate.

From installation to a repeatable workflow#

1. Follow Installation and First run for the supported deployment boundary.
2. Connect one provider and verify module health.
3. Assign a role with the read permissions needed for a first request.
4. Ask a narrow question, inspect Live Activity and confirm that the returned identity and data source are correct.
5. Add change permissions only when required, following the tool’s approval behavior.

Pro questions#

Does Pro include all paid modules?#

No. Pro does not bundle paid modules or premium tools. Available free capabilities remain usable under their own terms. Compare Enterprise for its listed module package.

What remains after the three included support months?#

The perpetual Pro edition remains. You may buy a separate support period when needed. Support and entitlement dates should be checked in your installation after license refresh.

What should I check before deployment?#

Review the installation guide, your provider prerequisites and each module’s package availability. Agent and developing capabilities have separate release requirements. An edition purchase does not configure your environment or grant user permissions.

Perpetual use, one year of updates#

New paid purchases include 12 months of updates for the purchased products. The software-use license is perpetual: after update coverage ends, you can continue using the versions covered by your purchase. You do not need to pay every year merely to keep those versions working.

Renew update coverage if you want access to newer versions after the included period. Renewal is optional and manual, with no automatic recurring charge. A new module or separately licensed premium tool is not included unless explicitly listed in your purchased package.

Technical support has its own dates and is a different service. The Annual Technical Support product does not by itself renew update coverage. Update renewal follows the 50% package-price rule below. Contact YAADMIN to arrange renewal; renewals are arranged directly with the team. Do not purchase technical support as a substitute.

Update renewal at a 50% discount#

Renewal for another twelve months of updates costs 50% of the amount originally paid for the software package — a 50% renewal discount. For example, a package purchased for $79 has a $39.50 update renewal; a package purchased for $249 has a $124.50 update renewal. If the original package was purchased at a discount, the calculation uses that paid package amount. This renews update coverage for the purchased package, not technical support or access to new modules outside it. Renewal is optional: covered versions remain usable without it.
