AI CHAT FOR REAL-WORLD ACTIONS
CONNECTED BY DESIGN
YAADMIN is a platform for getting tasks done through AI chat — for home users, personal PC tasks and organizations. Work with files and reports, connect business workflows or administer IT systems. Describe the result you want; YAADMIN uses your configured tools under the applicable access and approval rules.
Your tools.
Your rules.
Automated.
Your connected capabilities define the scope. Compatible tools, permissions and configuration make each action possible.
Open a builder, find integrations, choose triggers, add actions, configure parameters, connect nodes, test, debug and run.
Type or say the result you want. YAADMIN selects and uses the available tools, so you do not have to learn every interface or wire each action together for every task.
Automation tools such as n8n can stay behind YAADMIN when their actions are exposed through a connected module or MCP server. Your automation tools become tools for the AI — instead of interfaces you have to operate manually.
FROM REQUEST TO REAL RESULT
Connect your tools, systems, infrastructure, MCP servers, APIs, workflows, scripts, agents, or your own modules. Then simply tell YAADMIN the result you want.
Type or say what you need in normal language. Voice input depends on browser support.
It interprets the desired outcome and determines which capabilities are required.
It chooses available connected tools. RBAC, permissions and policies control which actions can run; approval is requested when required.
Connected modules and MCP tools perform the work. APIs, workflows, scripts, agents and other backends can be exposed through these connections.
YAADMIN reports execution results, including failures and actions still awaiting confirmation.
BUILT FOR YOUR ENVIRONMENT
YAADMIN is not limited to predefined integrations. Create modules for your own systems, services and workflows without changing the core platform.
Describe the functionality.
Build the module.
Connect it to YAADMIN.
ORCHESTRATION IN PRACTICE
Illustrative requests across connected systems. Each needs the relevant implemented tools, configuration and access; these are not live execution records.
AUTOMATION WITH ACCOUNTABILITY
Routine actions can run automatically. Sensitive operations can require human approval.
Every important action remains visible and auditable.
A PLATFORM THAT GROWS WITH YOU

START WITH YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Choose the systems you want to connect, configure their access, and define which actions need approval.
Use a native module, connect a compatible MCP server, or expose a configured workflow such as n8n through a supported tool interface. Authorized command tools add PowerShell and, in the Agent implementation, CMD and executable launch. Agent/Vision adds a developing path for graphical application interaction; check its documented readiness and task limits.
A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS
YAADMIN Core is free. Selected advanced modules are available separately, and support is optional.
Yes. Start with your own supported files and spreadsheets, or connect an implemented tool for the task you want to perform. PC commands and graphical interaction require an appropriate execution connection; Agent/Vision has documented development and acceptance limits. A company network is not required for every personal task.
No. Connected tools can support reports, data analysis, document-related tasks and business workflows as well as IT administration. The available operations depend on the interfaces and execution tools you configure.
It can use implemented operations exposed through modules and compatible MCP servers, plus authorized commands, scripts and connected workflows. Rights, target systems and runtime policy define what each user can do.
Yes. Connect your MCP server to make its tools and services available to YAADMIN.
A configured n8n workflow can extend YAADMIN when its intended operation is exposed through a compatible MCP tool server or trusted implemented module. Inspect that actual tool and its inputs; a native n8n module or built-in workflow editor is not assumed.
The inspected Agent implementation includes screen capture, mouse/keyboard input and session-aware execution inside bounded tasks. This extends the model beyond APIs, but Windows/model acceptance and complete full-screen reconstruction remain unfinished; review the Agent guide before relying on a desktop workflow.
Yes. Create modules for your environment, custom systems and workflows without changing the core platform.
You can work with connected tools using plain-language requests. Building a custom module may require scripting or development skills, depending on the integration.
Actions that require approval pause for human review before execution. Routine actions can run automatically under your configured rules.
Connect local systems and keep their access within your network. External AI services, MCP servers or workflows may still require outbound access, depending on your configuration.
